Bookkeeper Office Manager
We are looking for a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team.
PIXMOLE is a startup that is revolutionizing the field of online copyright protection, located at the Ruppin Academic Center and operating globally.
As a Bookkeeper Office Manager you will:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable: management of invoice records and payments, generating periodic invoices to customers, follow up and collection communications.

Working with accountant for tax and payroll records.

Administration of employee salaries, pensions, welfare, and other benefits as well as managing monthly tracking of employee work, vacation & sick hours in coordination with accountants.

As a Bookkeeper Office Manager you will take part in protecting copyright for some of the world’s best photographers and digital artists.

Supervise all office needs and serve as a front line for visitors and phone calls.
Requirements:
Must have:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Business Apps and ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

Excellent communication and people skills - must have the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, accountants, government personnel, and benefits agents.

Language skills: Hebrew and English fluency are required; native English is an advantage.

Excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Ability to be flexible and thrive in a multi-tasking environment.
