Bookkeeper Office Manager

We are looking for a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team.

PIXMOLE is a startup that is revolutionizing the field of online copyright protection, located at the Ruppin Academic Center and operating globally.

As a Bookkeeper Office Manager you will:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable: management of invoice records and payments, generating periodic invoices to customers, follow up and collection communications.

  • Working with accountant for tax and payroll records.

  • Administration of employee salaries, pensions, welfare, and other benefits as well as managing monthly tracking of employee work, vacation & sick hours in coordination with accountants.

  • As a Bookkeeper Office Manager you will take part in protecting copyright for some of the world’s best photographers and digital artists.

  • Supervise all office needs and serve as a front line for visitors and phone calls.

Must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Business Apps and ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and people skills - must have the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, accountants, government personnel, and benefits agents.

  • Language skills: Hebrew and English fluency are required; native English is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to be flexible and thrive in a multi-tasking environment.​


  • Familiar with the media/news industry and media licensing.

  • Other languages. 

Employment Type:

  • Part-time with an option to move to full-time

  • Hybrid
